Pro Soccer Player Access connects parents of youth soccer players with professional players for one-to-one video mentorship. These terms cover every booking made through the site. They are a working draft pending legal review; we will email account holders when the final version is published.
We run a marketplace. Mentors are independent professionals, not our employees, and each session reflects their own experience and opinions. We vet mentors, host the video sessions, collect payment, and stand behind the booking, but we do not guarantee any sporting outcome for the player.
Only adults may hold an account. A parent or legal guardian creates the account, adds the player as a child record, and is the only person who can book, pay, upload film, or join sessions. Players never receive a login.
By ticking the consent box at signup you confirm that you are the player’s parent or legal guardian, that you consent to the player taking part in video mentorship sessions, and that you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy on their behalf. We record the time of that consent.
A parent or guardian must be present or reachable for the duration of every session involving a player under 18.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you book a single session, or monthly in advance for a mentorship plan. A time is held for ten minutes while you pay; if payment does not complete, the hold is released.
We collect the full amount and pay the mentor their share ourselves. You will never be asked to pay a mentor directly.
A monthly plan renews on the date you signed up and adds four session credits each time payment succeeds. Credits are used through the normal booking calendar, expire at the end of the billing month, and do not carry over. You can cancel a plan at any time from the billing portal; it ends at the close of the paid month.
Sessions take place in a private video room that opens ten minutes before the start and closes ten minutes after the end. Sessions are not recorded by us. Anyone may end a session if they feel uncomfortable, and we will follow up on every report. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour by any party ends the relationship with the platform.
Footage you upload stays yours. You grant us and the mentors you book the right to view it for the purpose of the sessions only. We store it privately, show it only to mentors you have a booking or plan with, and delete it when you delete it or close your account.
Mentors agree to keep every appointment they accept, to treat players and families with respect, to keep player information confidential, and never to contact a player outside the platform. Mentor payouts are made by us on a monthly basis.
Mentorship is advice. Decisions about training, health, clubs, and education stay with the family. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
